This is a one-hour conversation about what you are trying to accomplish. This is not a sales pitch.
What you will walk away with from this call is a clear understanding of your project and a clear pathway for your next steps.
As a foundation, we are going to ask questions that help us understand scope, constraints, timeline, and budget range.
You receive a written summary of what we discussed and a plain assessment of what working with Snyder Atelier would involve for your specific project.

02 — Landscape Design
Design only. Flat fee by scope.
Landscape design gets the same disciplined process as everything else at Snyder Atelier: layout resolved first, plant and material selections chosen with intention, nothing decided piecemeal.
Simple engagements cover a single zone or front yard, a full planting plan and layout, ready to hand to your landscaper. Complex engagements cover a full-property master plan, hardscape and softscape integrated into one plan, with drainage, utilities, and quantities specified.
This is design only. We do not manage installation, permits, or planting crews; your landscaper executes the finished plan.
Simple: starting at $3,500
Complex: starting at $8,500
Permitted scope (retaining walls, major grading, drainage requiring city or HOA approval): Complex fee plus 20%
03 — Full-Service Remodel Design
Most remodels go sideways not because of bad contractors or bad taste — but because the decisions came too late, in the wrong order, or not at all.
Snyder Atelier is built to prevent that.
We take your project from the first conversation through the final walkthrough. Every material, finish, and dimension is resolved and documented before construction begins. Your contractor receives complete instructions. You stay informed without being in the middle of it.
The result is a home that looks and functions exactly the way you imagined — because every decision that determines that outcome was made before the first nail was driven.
WHAT THIS INCLUDES
• Space planning and full layout documentation.
• Complete finish and material specifications.
• Construction drawings coordinated for permit submission when required.
• Contractor briefings and direct trade alignment.
• Site visits at critical milestones.
• Final walkthrough before the project closes.
04 — Mid-Construction Design Support
Construction is already underway. The decisions that should have been made at the drawing board are now being made on the job site — and every day without clear direction costs time and money.
Snyder Atelier steps in where the process broke down.
We review what has been built, identify what is still open, and give your contractor the documentation and direction needed to move forward with confidence. You get a professional in your corner who speaks the language of construction and can hold the design accountable through the rest of the build.
This is not a rescue. It is a reset.
WHAT THIS INCLUDES
• A technical review of existing drawings and field conditions to identify gaps and conflicts.
• Complete finish and electrical schedules for anything still unresolved.
• Direct contractor coordination so decisions stop getting made by default.
• Site walkthroughs at critical milestones to confirm the design is being followed.
• Final specification of tile, lighting, hardware, and any remaining selections.
05 — Decoration and Procurement
A remodel defines the structure. Decoration defines how it feels to live there.
Whether your space is freshly built or simply ready for a change, Snyder Atelier handles every detail of furnishing and finishing a room — from the first selection through the final placement. You do not coordinate vendors, chase deliveries, or make decisions in isolation. We handle it.
Every piece is selected with intention. Every order is placed, tracked, and inspected before it reaches your home. When installation day arrives, the room is complete.

• Full room furniture selection, lighting, and textiles.
• Window treatment design and workroom coordination.
• Art and accessory selection to complete the space.
• Full procurement management — ordering, tracking, delivery coordination, and claims handling.
• White-glove installation and final styling.

The homeowner knows what they are committing to. The contractor knows what to build. Nothing is left to assumption.
